STCP is once again partnering with Serralves em Festa, the largest free contemporary art festival in Portugal, ensuring regular connections throughout the day, night and early morning between May 29 and 31.
In a context of high operational demands and structural transformation in the mobility sector, the company ended the year with a positive net result of approximately 2.9 million euros, demonstrating solid, responsible and future-oriented financial management.
In the 2026 edition of Queima das Fitas (Burning of the Ribbons), STCP recorded the highest ever uptake of its special mobility service, consolidating public transport as the main option for getting around to one of the biggest academic events in the country.
The Tram Car Museum is once again joining the celebrations for International Museum Day. From May 16th to 18th (Saturday to Monday), the Museum is offering a special and free program with activities designed for all audiences.
STCP presents a positive interim assessment of its special operation for the Queima das Fitas 2026. As the official transport provider for the event, the company has already transported more than 60,000 passengers (provisional data) since May 2nd, consolidating public transport as the preferred choice for students.
On April 17th, STCP launched the educational project "Playing on Board with Lina". The initiative is touring various primary schools in the city of Porto and has already involved around 500 students.
